Exchange 2010 to 2016. I migrated my first mailbox to 2016 and Outlook Rules are not running automatically. I can run them manually from the ribbion. but if i go to >file> Manage Rules & Alerts i get an error: "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found" I checked the rules in owa options and they are present but still do not run in owa.

    Hi @John Tweedle ,

According to the error message you provided, you could try the following methods:

1.If your MS Outlook is running in compatibility mode, you can turn off the feature and check if it resolves the issue.

    2.Repair MS Office

    3.Create New Outlook Profile

    4.Disable the Anti-Virus Program

Refer to: How to Fix the Outlook Error ‘The operation failed. An object could not be found’?
