Enrolled iOS device -> company portal showing device not managed

I've setup our Intune enrollment for iOS devices to be done during the setup of the device. The device is fully enrolled and in compliance and work good. The issue is that if I open the company portal app on the device it will attempt to enroll the device again. If you tap on postpone it then the device comes up saying "this device is not managed" in the company portal app.

We enroll with User Affinity

Authentication method -> Setup Assistant with modern Auth

Install Company portal -> use VPP token

Supervised -> yes

Locked enrollment -> yes

so the question -> how can I get the fully enrolled device to just use the company portal app without it showing the device isn't managed within the app.

    @Niziol Derek VANM Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    Please check if you use the primary user to sign in the company portal app.

    Based on my test, if I use other user account to sign in company portal app, it will ask to enroll the device again. When I tap on postpone it, it will show the message "this device is not managed" in company portal app.

    Please click on the Avatar icon > logout > use the primary user to sign in. Then check if this message disappers.

    Hope it will help.
