Hi @Julien Deroche , The behavior you are experiencing is expected because the device-wide password policies applied by Intune also affect the personal side of the device. If you create a policy in Intune that requires a PIN on the work profile, Android enforces this policy device-wide, meaning users must set a PIN for the entire device, including the personal profile. This is an Android operating system behavior and not something that Microsoft Intune controls directly. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to bypass this requirement as of now. It's a security feature designed to protect both work and personal data on the device. You can find additional information about this in the official Microsoft documentation: Android device settings to allow or restrict features using Intune.

Hello everyone,
I have an android device enroled as personally-owned device with work profile. I set up a pin code for work profile but i don't want to put a pin code on personnal side. It doesn't seem possible because when i created a restriction it's mandatory to get a personnal password on personnal side. Is there a way to do otherwise?
Thank you very much :)
