    Hello,

    Try the following cited from here:

    Download the Recovery Image by going to the surface image recovery page on MSFT.

    Under the Section “Select your Surface”

    Under the “Product” field, do not “Select a Surface product” (The Windows Dev kit 2023 will not be listed)

    Under the “Serial Number * Required field, enter your device Serial Number

    Select Continue

    Download image from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image
