I've been trying to update since 2022/11 with no luck. The download stucks at 9%.
I've cleaned the temp files, ran the reset windows update ps1 script. Dowloaded the offline versions but it always stucks the update.
It's getting a bit annoying seeing no real solution to the problem anywhere.
Can someone from MS Tech Support please answer ? Or someone whom dealt and solve the issue ? Thans so much from sunshine Portugal!

If its a download problem you could try to manual download from another pc or location from the update catalog Then copy over for installation.
