Hi Emily, I ran the above. No errors were found. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you.
Unable to run Defrag after drive sync with One-Drive
Running Win 10 Pro 2H22.
Defrag was working fine but after I sync some sharepoint folders on Drive E, the drive seems "locked" and it is always 20% defragmented n matter many times I run defragmentation. I tried booting in safe mode or even stop running the OneDrive app before running Defrag but it is still 20% defrag. Any experts here to help please? Thank you!

Open serivces.msc in run then simply look at the disk defragmenter service right click and go to properties then in properties check the service type if its disabled just choose manual then click start
or type this command in cmd with administrative rights
To analyze drive:
defrag c: /a /u /v
To force a defrag:
defrag c: /d /v /x
This will defrag C: plus consolidate free space and provide a verbose report.
I would recommend before you do everything that is stated above you should run a system file checker first to see is there's any error on your computer
Just type this command in cmd with admin rights
SFC /Scannow
Hope this resolves your Query !!
