Hello,

I have a Free student account and it was in disabled state. I got this email: "We'll keep your subscription data before permanently deleting it on February 12, 2023. Please log in and save any important data before then. Resume using your services with minimal interruption if you upgrade before February 12, 2023."

I went to the section:

Sign in to the Azure Portal.
Go to Subscriptions, then select the canceled subscription.
    Select Reactivate.
    Confirm reactivation by selecting OK.

But, if I try to "Reactivate", if goes to the pay-as-you go but this will not provide the Student subscription discount. Kindly turn on my student subscription discount and enable the service.

    Hi,

As per Microsoft the validity is only for 12 months and after that you have to move to PAYG -

"If you exhaust your available credit before 12 months and you want to continue to use Azure, you can upgrade to a pay-as-you-go subscription in the Azure portal. If you do not upgrade, your Azure subscription becomes disabled. If you’re at the end of 12 months, you can renew your subscription by signing up again for the offer."

Please check the FAQs and terms over here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/azure-dev-tools-teaching/program-faq

    Hope this helps.
