Webdisk on Windows 11 suddenly stopped working

I had a drive to my personal website mapped using web disk and right in the middle of browsing folders on it, I got disconnected. I haven't been able to reconnect it since.

I checked my password by using a web browser to go to http://mywebsite.com:2078 and I get in, so I know it's not the password.

I've tried mapping the drive again and I get a "DNS server unavailable" error. I try mapping the drive from an admin command prompt and I get "System error 67 has occurred. The network name cannot be found." I tried using the "Connect to a website used to store documents and pictures" wizard, using \mywebsite.com@SSL@2078\DavWWWRoot, and I get an error saying that the folder is invalid. I flushed my DNS using ipconfig commands /flushdns /release /renew and updated my network adapter driver and restarted, and I still cannot get the drive mapped again.

    Hello J.Quinton,

Microsoft’s official fix for System error 67 is to disable the Network Address Translator:

    1. right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

    2.Click the View menu.

3.Select the Show hidden devices option.

4.Double-click the Non-Plug and Play Drivers category in Device Manager.

5.Right-click IP Network Address Translator to select the Disable option for it.

Additionally, you need to make sure that the port (2078) is enabled on the Firewall on both sides.

If you need further assistance, since WebDisk is not a product of Microsoft, it would be recommended that you post your question in a WebDisk community or forum as their knowledge and experience would be more specialied about this software configurations.
