How can I talk to a live agent to help me with authenticator

I switched to a new phone and I am locked out of everything I need to do. I use Microsoft Authenticator rather than google, so there appears to be no way to solve my problem without talking to a human, but getting to a human in the Microsoft universe appears to be next to impossible. Any advice?

    Hello,

    Have you tried backing up from your old phone and restoring Authenticator on your new one?
