My authenticator app does not send me approval requests, but does send me the pop up for the 2 digit code. I am trying to use Teams for NHS calls I will be having until November, but no pop up or request or notification appears to allow me to sign in on the Teams' pop up window. If i wait on the screen long enough without approving, it reloads and shows this: Even when I click "get a code a different way", the only options are approve through the authenticator app, or "enter a code" which still asks for a code from the Authenticator app. The code in the app is 8 digits when the box on the sign in page only allows 6 digits. I am unable to sign in to Teams due to this so therefore I will not be able to attend the meetings I have to.
