Could you please share more details on this thread?
- What do you mean by "menu"? The left/top side navigation or anywhere else?
- Will this issue persist if users manually delete browsers cookies and site data?
- What's the scope of this issue? Only one site or the whole tenant?
Have a try to this solution firstly:
- Go to your site and select Settings, then select Site information. At the bottom, select View all site settings
- Under the Look and Feel heading, select Navigation.
- Scroll to the Structural Navigation: Refresh Cache section and click Refresh.
