Onedrive error

Hi All

One of my users account was disabled and after 15 days it is enabled back. user is unable to access onedrive he is getting the below error. The specified list is invalid.

I took access using IsSiteCollectionAdmin $true and i am able access users onedrive using the below two urls and i can see users data. user is unable to access onedrive as well as onenote. experts guide me.

You could check that:

1.whether the user is able to reach settings.aspx

2.Is the user able to see the site via Get-SPOSite -IncludePersonalSite $true?

if i login using the below url and remove user1 will it work?
