Hi,

From our business system we send confirmation emails containing links with receipt. When I open it in application Outlook 365 on the computer links works fine, they are clickable and opens in a new window. But, when i logon outlook through a web brower (firefox, edge, chrome) links in the same email shows as plain text i.e not clickable. Why?

I look forward hearing from you.

    Hi @Evelina ,

Outlook on the Web can be set to send messages in plain text or HTML. You can configure it refer to the steps:

    1. At the bottom of the Settings panel that opens, click View all Outlook settings.
    2. In the left column, click Mail.
    3. In the second column, click Compose and reply.
    4. Set the default format to HTML.
