How can I access Microsoft Learn Sandbox?

Hello,

I've got two Microsoft accounts, one from my work and one from my university. I follow the Gemeente Amsterdam Azure Fundamentals Challenge and need to do an exercise in a sandbox. Only the Sandbox doesn't start. It keeps on showing the message: "Sign in with your account." I've clicked on the button, but it just redirects me to a login form while also saying I'm already signed in. When I select my @Amsterdam.nl-account, I keep getting this message of "Sign in with your account". I can't use the other account since that's not my work account.

Sandbox-problem

I've tried to open the Sandbox in Edge, Chrome and Firefox. I've also tried to use a privat window on Firefox. I've also tried all suggestions in this ticket:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1167453/how-can-i-access-microsoft-learn-sandbox?page=1&orderby=oldest#answers

Nothing helps. I can't complete the challenge without the exercises in the Sandbox. Please help.

Sincerely,

Sirée

    @Sirée Koolen-Wijkstra , As I understand you're not using your @ outlook account.

    You need to sign in with your Microsoft account, such as an Office 365 or Outlook.com account for sandbox access.

    Please check this FAQ: How do I activate the sandbox?

    The first time you activate a sandbox and accept the terms, your Microsoft account is associated with a new Azure directory named Microsoft Learn Sandbox, and you're added to a special subscription named Concierge Subscription. Each time you activate a sandbox, a single resource group is created for you. You can use it to create and manage all the resources (for example, virtual machines, storage accounts, and app services) that you need for a module.
