The program guide for MCPP has a benefit under Modern Work for $6,000 of Azure Bulk Credits for Dev/Test, however this is now showing as delayed and provided with Visual Studio Enterprise in the interim

why if the funding is avaliable for Modern work certified solution partners, its written as “Delayed” in the MCPP benefits guide
