Advanced settings option is disabled while running prod config wizard

I tried it from both app and WFE servers, it is grade out in the both servers. Please suggest how we can make enable it and proceed further.

I have tested it with both admin and farm account as well.

Hi @sns ,

Please try to disconnect all servers (web) from the Farm and then re-run the Config Wizard to join back making sure that you used the correct config DB and such.

And then, check to see if the problem persists.

Hi Yanli Jiang,

Thank you for the follow up and response.

I was getting advanced settings disabled when I was trying to add CA service in the APP server as it is one of the method to achive it.

But somehow I could enable CA in the app serve with out using prod config wizard.

I will test shortly with prod confixg wizard and will keep you updated.
