We have configured a Teams compatible SIP phone (Yealink T30P) in our Teams Admin and it appears to provision correctly but when making and receiving calls we cannot hear each other on either end of the phone. Any ideas on what we should be looking for?

We have opened the UDP port range 49152 to 53247 and TCP port 5061 for IP ranges 52.112.0.0/14 and 52.122.0.0/15 but havent opened the blob.core.windows.net URLs and IP addresses. The Firewall isnt showing any blocking against those URLs/IPs so we dont think it is related to that but I am getting them added just in case. Any ideas? Could it be the IPs/URLs below?

    Hi @James Taylor,

As it is mentioned as required to be whitelisted in the documentation, please added them to see if it can get rid of this issue.

In addition, I would suggest contacting Yealink support and check logs on the device to see if it can provide more detailed information there.
