Hello,

How we can assign other users to NTFS permission while the device joined to the AAD? On the picture we can see no AAD location when trying assign AAD users.

    Hello Handian,

Hope you are doing well today. If your device is joined to Azure Active Directory (AAD), you can assign NTFS permissions to other users just like you would on a traditional Windows device. Here are the steps to do so:

    1. Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder or file you want to assign permissions to.
    2. Right-click on the folder or file and select "Properties".
    3. In the Properties dialog box, select the "Security" tab.
    4. Click the "Edit" button to modify the existing permissions.
    5. Click the "Add" button to add a new user or group to the list of permissions.
    6. In the "Select Users or Groups" dialog box, enter the name or email address of the user or group you want to add and click "Check Names". If the name is resolved, click "OK".
    7. Select the level of permissions you want to assign to the user or group (e.g., Read, Write, Full Control).
    8. Click "OK" to save the changes.

If the user or group you want to add does not appear in the "Select Users or Groups" dialog box, you may need to synchronize your AAD with your local Active Directory (AD) environment. This will ensure that the user or group is available to be added to the NTFS permissions list.

    Regards,
