How to recover the account without phone number?

Hi,

I have problem with Microsoft Account regarding I configured MFA without phone number. Currently, My Smartphone has damaged and I cannot access to this account ******@traicayhungphat.onmicrosoft.com anymore. I have found solutions on many forums but it was not helpful.

I used this account to store many licenses (Windows, Visual and PowerBI, etc...)

Is there anything I can do to get it back?
