Read Write Create Permissions are not allowed for software installed by third paries

First: I tried to find the solution here and here on this website to no avail;
and also did some research into a read-write-permission in windows similar to chmod 777 in Linux.

It took me a week to find out the pattern of my problem:
Whenever I install a serious well known third party software, such as VLC from Videolan.org, and LMMS and thunderbird,
I get problems which are related to the software not being able to write files:

  1. In LMMS, when I try to save anything I am told: "Could not open C:/Users/[...].mmpz for writing. You probably are not permitted to write to this file. Please make sure you have write-access to the file and try again."
  2. Thunderbird works properly and saves drafts, but does fail since a week (a month after installation) to save the proper times of the mails.
  3. VLC player does save playlists but is not capable of saving a played movie position, so each movie always starts fresh from start again.

The reason I post my question here is because obviously seems to be some kind of bug in Windows 11, which was preinstalled on my Acer laptop.

Attempts to solve it were:

  • I tried to change the read/write settings of the projects folder as described in the first article.
  • When this did not work I did recreate it by hand, delete it and replace it with my own fresh one.
  • On VLC, my playlist is not even in a specific folder (but maybe the settings which save the play-position are).
  • I also tried to reinstall LMMS as an admin which didn't change anything.
  • Changing the read-write-premissions of individual folders - even adding "everyone" and giving them all rights, did not work.

Any help would be greatly apprecciated, because I am reaching an impasse here. Thank you.
