In this Picture it shows start menu with Office & MS Teams Weblinks(shortcuts) + MS Edge App Pinned to It, And I Don't Have Office & Teams Installed As Apps/Porgramms. These Ones Are Showing as Weblinks(Shortcuts to Web Version of Them)!!!

########################

Is it Possible to Make That When You Create New user in Windows to Not See These Pinned Apps in Start Menu. Is There Any Command That I can Run to Unpin These Office weblinks + Edge App From Start Menu without unpinning them from there Manualy? OR Is there any location where Windows Stores Apps to Pin to Live Titles By Default For New Users?

########################

Is It Possible to Make Start Menu Layout/Screen to look for new user just like in Windows 10 LTSC (Long Term Servicing Channel) ? Or do You Need to Unpin These Weblinks(Shortcuts) Manualy Every Time When You Create a New User!

OS: Windows 10

Note: Education Edition is Running in Virtual Machine For Testing Purposes(Experimenting with Operating System)

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Pined items.

I believe they are default items which is bound within Windows installation.

But you can block it using group policies.

Press Win + R to open the Windows Run command dialog box.

Type gpedit.msc and press Enter to open the LGPE.

Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.

Double-click on the Do not allow pinning programs to the Taskbar option on the right-hand side pane.
