Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. I’d be more than happy to help you with your query

To create a print server in a local network, you will need a computer that is connected to the network and has the necessary hardware and software installed. The first step is to install the printer drivers on the computer. Once the printer drivers are installed, you will need to configure the computer as a print server. This can be done by accessing the printer sharing settings in the computer's control panel. Once the print server is configured, other computers in the local network will be able to access the print server and print documents.

To create a print server port, complete the following:

    1. Press the Windows key.
    2. Click Settings > Devices > Bluetooth > Printers > Mouse > Add a printer > The printer that I want isn't listed.
    3. Select the Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings check box, and click Next.
    4. Select Create a new port.
    5. Change the type of port to Standard TCP/IP Port, and click Next.
    6. In the Hostname or IP address field, enter the IP address of the print server, and click Next.
    7. Click CustomSettings > LPR.
    8. Under LPR Settings, enter a Queue Name. The queue name should be lp1.
    9. Click OKNext.
    10. Select a driver from the list, and click Next.
    11. Click Next until you are asked if you want to print a test page. To confirm that the printer was successfully added, send a test page to your printer.
