Locate deleted server object causing errors in dcdiag

When running dcdiag /e /v I receive the following error from the Intersite test relating to a DC that no longer exists and was deleted before my time on the account. The server is not visible in AD Sites and Services but what is puzzling me is I cannot see the server using LDP.EXE or ADSI Edit in either the location below or the Deleted Objects container. My concern is this may interfere with our plan to upgrade the functional levels and migrate from FRS to DFSR to support new 2019 DC's.

Domain controllers are all running 2008R2 with 2003 Functional levels

Any advice, gratefully appreciated.

You can perform cleanup to remove remnants of failed one from active directory
