Disconnect local domainuser from azure AD

Question

Hi,

i have the Problem that my AD User Profil was broken, i have to setup a new user account for myself, i renamed the old to "_old" but now my azure / m 365 Profile is not accessable with the new account (Teams, Exchange etc.). how can i connect my old azure m365 profile with my new local active directory profile?

i tried million things to repair local profil but doesnt work.

There are two options available to match the two users again. The Softmatch and the Hardmatch where you align the ad user to the clouduser. Take a look into those to links.
