Bug after install KB5023288

Hello everyone,

Please, Sorry if I used the wrong tag....as I'm not sure to understand what I have to select

Yesterday, windows update installed 2023-02 .NET 6.0.14 security update for x64 Client KB5023288 and asked for restart with no issue.

When I check the history of updates, the KB5023288 appeared as installed. When I try to uninstall it with the tool, KB5023288 is not on the list !

Config PC : windows 10,X64,22H2

Since the restart, I lost the background, all offices applis, mail ..... I'm not an Admin or Specialist on the domain and I have to let you know I have no backup available .

May you help me please ?
