SMTP 365 scanner account, Error 1102 authentificated SMTP - on, then off

Problem with SMTP 365 scanner account, Error 1102 on Kyocera printer scanner and HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 M712dn,  
and other MFP printers do not work Xerox 5945, Xerox 8045!
two-factor and authentication problem, authentificated SMTP - on, then off and so and so tried does not work
  the password is correct web version outlook work. 
how can fix scanners to work inside organizations sent inside the company domain?

    Can the printer successfully connect to Exchange Online before?

    Please verify that your environment and devices meet the connectivity requirements :

    1.Check that the security defaults are disabled.

    2.Confirm if the TLS version supported by the device is TLS 1.2 or higher.

    3.Confirm which port the device recommends or defaults.

    4.Switch the port to 25 and see if the connection succeeds.

    If your device doesn't meet the requirements for option one in the link, we recommend that you try option two: Send mail directly from your printer or application to Microsoft 365 or Office 365
