Can the printer successfully connect to Exchange Online before?
Please verify that your environment and devices meet the connectivity requirements :
1.Check that the security defaults are disabled.
2.Confirm if the TLS version supported by the device is TLS 1.2 or higher.
3.Confirm which port the device recommends or defaults.
4.Switch the port to 25 and see if the connection succeeds.
