Make the outgoing email of some users the same address

I have a situation with a client in which he wants some users to send email outside the company, the outgoing email to be the same, for example we have the emails user1@contoso.com, user2@contoso.com and the outgoing address be info@contoso.com.

These users will not have access to info@contoso.com but can send "on behalf of".

In Outlook we managed to configure it to send "on behalf of", but it requires that the user, whenever he is going to send an email, has to change the "from" or "from".

    Hi,

Please let me confirm with you first, do you want to set the outgoing email as the default sender, and other users do not need to choose it? If so, there is currently no way to achieve this.

As a workaround, create a new email and save it as an outlook template after changing the “from”, and use this template when sending emails.

Create an email message template. File > Save As> In the Save as type list, need select .msg.
