Encountered InternalServerError. Encountered internal server error. in Logic Apps (Standard) while sending email

Hi Support,

I'm using Standard model of logic app. when I'm trying to send mail using O365 or normal it's giving me Internal server error.

Can you please help me to understand why it's not working.

@Sagar Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

Based on the shared information, we understand that you are using SMTP connector in your standard logic app to send an email and it is failing with internal server.

While creating the connection to SMTP connector are you using port 25 then this is a known limitation because it can be blocked on any further network infrastructure level like ISP, local network, hardware etc. due to known security vulnerabilities. Therefore 25 port usage is highly not recommended.

There are couple of know issues and limitation with o365 connector as well as mentioned here. Please verify this is not limitation with the connector if you have verified it and you are facing the issue do let me know.

I am having the same issue to try to send email using SMTP but giving me "Internal server error". I am using SMTP port 587. Can someone help?
