Microsoft expression text editor not allowing me to open a new page.

Question

I just downloaded microsoft expression text editor and it won't let me open a new page to start coding on. What can i do?

• Click Start, type Control Panel.
• Click Uninstall a program.
• Select Expression Web 4 from the list.
• Click Repair or Uninstall/Change,
  click Continue, click Repair.
