Can't find certification for Microsoft Python course

Hello,

I am trying to find my certification for the Microsoft Python course but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I may have used a different Microsoft account, but I could not find the right one.
Is there a way to find the Microsoft account associated with the certification number?
I only have my Python certification number. However, my university has requested that Microsoft send the certification information directly to them.

Is there any way to recover this certification and have Microsoft send the appropriate information?
I have already contacted PearsonVUE, but they said that only Microsoft can resolve this issue.
