Error - Sending an Image in Teams Chat

Question

One of our cowoker has an issue when trying to send an image in Teams Chat.

The error message is "team image is too large and can't be displayed" Even though the image file size is not actually large, the message appears, and it's not possible to send the image file as an attachment. The only way to send the image is by copying and pasting it. How can I fix this problem?

Does this also occur on other files or it is just with this image file?

What is the detailed information of this image? (width, height, bit depth, file type, size)

If the issue only occurs on this image, if possible I would suggest creating a service request via Microsoft 365 admin center>Support>New service request to involve support as we may need to collect logs or network packets for further analysis.
