As the title says, I have been tasked with creating an app, which people can use to complete specific surveys we have created which will then create a graph to visualise these answers and I am wanting to know if this is possible through PowerApps, I don't have any background using PowerApps but have a little bit of knowledge with Power Automate and am a quick learner.

All questions will be in the format such as- "We work as a leadership team"
And then have radio(Check boxes) on a scale of 1 - 5, 1 being strongly disagree and 5 being strongly agree.

Additionally I would like to create multiple different surveys that a user can choose from in the 1 app if possible

I would also like to create it in a way that when completing the same survey again in 6 months time by the same person it will show the changes this person has experienced since then by showing both the new graph and the previous graph

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, if anyone knew specifically how to achieve this that would be fantastic but I would also be happy with just confirmation that this is possible before I continue.

Attached is a sample of what I want the visualised graph to look like.

Thank you!

I read your question carefully, according to my research ,it is possible to use PowerApps with Sharepoint to customize surveys.

In fact we are currently providing help on SharePoint in the Q&A forum, and Power Apps is a product independent of SharePoint which we are not so familiar with. So I suggest you start a new discussion in the Power Apps Community on this issue so that you can get more professional help, there will be very professional people to tell you the steps on how to realize this function.
