Upgrade the Azure subscription from Azure pass to pay-as-you-go

Question

Hi when i was trying to upgrade my subscription from azure pass to pay-as-you-go it will throwing an error which is shown below can u please help me with this how can i activate that subscription.

based on the error message I would recommend to get in contact with the Azure support.

Billing and subscription support is free for all Azure Subscriptions.
