I am having an issue not having access to Calendar of a room from Room List. - https://ibb.co/FqT2BfT

All was working fine before upgrading to windows 10. After which whenever I tried to Open Calendar - From Room List, it always says 'No Connection' and doesnt show anything in the calendar. However, if I log in OWA, and views the same calendar all items appear.

I have tried the following;

Repaired Office
Installed Latest updates
Rebuilt .OSD
Disabled/Enabled 'Use Cached Exchanged Mode'
Ran outlook in Safe Mode
Disabled all add-ons and added each one back one by one.

Upgraded Office from 2013 to 2021 and still the same issue

Any ideas?

Thanks

I suggest you Remove and re-add the shared calendar, you may need to remove the shared calendar from your Outlook profile and re-add it. To do this, right-click on the shared calendar and select "Delete Calendar." Then, add the shared calendar again.

    Hi @BLAZE ,

Can it be reproduced on other computers?

If it works normally on other computers, it may be the corrupted profile cause the problem, you may need create a new profile from control panel: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add.

    Hi @BLAZE ,

Based on your description, which seems to be related to the corrupted data file in the specific machine, it is recommended to clear the e-mail cache:
    Close Outlook
Call up %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook via the search bar

The folder with the OST file will open and you can delete it. Make sure that Outlook is closed during the cleanup process. If you manage several Outlook profiles from a single PC, you will find several files with the extension *.ost.

    cache

Then create a new profile from Control Panel: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, then re-add account.

If that doesn't help, perform a clean boot
    Hope that may help you!
