Hello Everone , I'm facing connecting issues when trying to connect to a managed instance through ssms application. Getting an error code of 10060. This managed instance could not br accessed by AD user. It is configured for a Azure VM. Not created a DB inside this instance yet.

Has AAD been enabled on the SQL Managed Instance?
If you have set your AAD account Admin, you should be able to login with your AAD credentials: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssms/f1-help/connect-to-server-database-engine?view=sql-server-ver16
