Visual Studio Remote control via Teams

Hello,

I'am trying to assist my colleges via Teams, but everytime we use teams stop working, I read about GPU issues but we have the Problem on every machine. with Intel and Nvidia GPUs.

The remote Control works fine woth other programs like Chrome

We Are using Visual Studio 2022 and windows 10/11

    Hi @Hugo

    Do you mean that "giving control" doesn't work when sharing your screen in Teams? If you disable GPU hardware acceleration, you will have an issue where the Give Control drop-down menu does not work.

    If not, please try troubleshooting the issue below:

    1)Make sure your network connection is stable, please check whether the documentation meets the requirements.

    Bandwidth requirements.

    2)Check whether the computer hardware meets the requirements.

    Note: For Intel processors, the maximum speed achieved using Intel Turbo Boost Technology (Max Turbo Frequency) must be considered

    3)Close other applications and clean the client cache.

    Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.

    4)Check if the update is the latest version of the client.
