I want to export some files with Microsoft 365 compliance when the files are ready I select to export them then the Ediscovery tool opens and asks for key which I enter there and start the download, but it always stops at 5 GB while there are 30 GB more to download for example, saying "Download has completed or finished with some errors" then I check errors and warnings log in export folder and it shows some files that have moved or deleted, but indexing is yet not removed from them, I get the same error when I try to export even unindexed and encrypted items for other files. Is there a shortcut command to bypass them in Advanced options of Ediscovery Tool? I just want to download while bypassing errors too.

Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. I’d be more than happy to help you with your query

It sounds like you are having trouble downloading files from Microsoft 365 Compliance using the eDiscovery tool. This kind of issue can occur due to several reasons, such as corrupted files or incorrect permissions. You may want to try running the command Export-ComplianceSearch with the -BypassErrors parameter to see if that helps. Additionally, you may want to check the permissions on the files that are being exported to make sure they are set correctly. Finally, you may want to try running the command Repair-ComplianceSearchIndex to try to fix any indexing-related issues.
