i have windows server 2019
we have domain users
start electronic invoicing in Egypt (invoicing.eta.gov.eg)
from 1 month all domain users can't log in to invoicing portal (loop login) and can,t either login from server machine
we tried to clear cash- i stoped all firewalls and antivirus.
install new windows system to users (log in ) but after connect to domain (the same problem)
no one can help. any ideas

Question is not clear, can you please provide more details on what is the invoicing.eta.gov.eg? Is it a domain name or a Web Site? What error is received and how does the user login?
If it is website where is the portal hosted?
my English is not good. eta is governmental website to upload invoices with user name and password. we have more than one user upload invoices to website. i don't have errors just after login loop request secure connectin and logo of website appear and so on. request secure connection
