We need to define a Smarthost based email relay from our own Contoso.com domain (Exchnge Online) to Exchange Server 2013 (Mailbox Server)

Hops: 1. Exchange Online >> 2. SmartHost Edge Server 2013 >> 3. Exchange Mailbox Server 2013

Sender: User1@Contoso.com (Exchange Online)

Recipient : User2@Contoso.com (Exchange Server 2013)
