I purchased Office 2021 Pro using computer A with my MS account. I received the REDEEM email and forwarded it to Computer B that uses a different MS account. Install went well.
Activation fails when i use the Computer B MS account, stating a personal MS account cannot be used.
Is there a way to switch the MS personal account on Computer B to a work account ?
Activation fails when i use my MS account stating it was redeemed by a different account.
I've been fighting this for about 8 hours now and MS online help has nothing that addresses this issue. Any suggestions would be great ?
