Issue accessing Bing.com search results on Windows Server 2019

I am using the Windows Server operating system.

When trying to access Bing.com, I am encountering an issue where the homepage loads successfully but any search terms entered result in a blank page.

I have tried using the Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers, all with the same result.

This issue is specific to Bing.com, as all other websites, including other search engines, are loading correctly.

My operating system is Windows Server 2019 Standard with version number 1809, and operating system build 17763.3650.

Can you please advise me on how to identify the root cause of this issue?
