migrate passed exams from one acccount to another

i have 2 Microsoft accounts, I have AZ-104 under the first account, and today I just passed the AZ-305 exam.

i believe i won't get the "expert" certificate until both the AZ-104 & AZ-305 exist under the same account.

So how can I migrate everything from the second to the first account?
