I accidently deleted my facebook account on my microsoft authenticator app when i tried to log in on my facebook they asking for a authenticator code. but I can’t get a code because i accidentally deleted the face book already. how can i put it back on my authenticator app?

The only way is to reach out to Facebook support to have them remove the Authenticator from your account:

Hi Dillon! I have the same issue and Facebook can't support with bypassing Microsoft Authenticator. How can you help me login?
