Hello! I have the following problem: Fido2 does not work on my Windwos 11 Pro machine. I tried with Yubikey 5 NFC and with Nitrokey Fido2. In both cases it comes to error messages when trying to log in to websites. Other observation: I can not access Fido2 in the Yubikey Manager: Error message: I do not have the required rights. When I run the app as admin and call Fido 2 nothing happens.

It works fine on my Windows 10 Notebook.

I hope for support!

Many greetings
Patrick

Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. I’d be more than happy to help you with your query

It sounds like the problem may be related to the permissions on your Windows 11 Pro machine. To fix this, you will need to make sure that your user account has the correct permissions to access the Fido2 features. To do this, you will need to open up the User Accounts settings and make sure that your user account has the correct permissions for the Fido2 feature. Additionally, you may need to make sure that the Yubikey Manager has the correct permissions for your user account as well. Once you have made sure that both your user account and Yubikey Manager have the correct permissions, you should be able to access the Fido2 feature on your Windows 11 Pro machine.
