Python SDK Support to create Synapse pipeline using deployment templates

I can see that the Python SDK for Azure Synapse supports creating pipelines using the JSON file, but I want to know if there is any support for creating Pipelines from Deployment templates.
I have a template in the format - http://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2015-01-01/deploymentTemplate.json#
Do let me know if there is any Python SDK or REST API to install such templates on the Synapse workspace.

The deployments which you mentioned above is for deploying in adf,Synapse workplace etc , but your ask is to deploy a pipeline. For a pipeline to be deployed you will have to deployed linked service also, unfortunately Synapse at this time does not support Linked services deployment using the ARM template . I know the ask here is for Python, but we do have option in PowerShell where you can deploy a pipeline.
