Viva Goals: Will there be a free, view-only, plan for organizations

Hello,
I was wondering if there are plans for a free, read-only, plan for Viva Goals.
When working with OKR's part of the goal is transparency to the organization/teams. Viva Goals offers a rich use experience for licensed users, but there is no free plan to let users, other than the OKR owners/managers, to view the OKR's dashboard. This required each user to have a paid license. Of course a screenshot in a report could be beneficial but having a view-only option would be more user friendly.
Other competitors, like Quantive Results, do offer a view-only plan which would make the tool more customer friendly.
