how to upload an external contact directory to teams of members outside my organisation

Question

I have a contact list of technicians that dont require Teams access however we have recently switched our call services to Teams and I want to have a contact list with the technicians phone numbers that is shareable with other office members (who all have access to Teams) so that there is only 1 copy of said contact list and not multiple entries by the different head office team members/ any updates made are changed universally by this 1 list. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Do you mean you want to collaborate directly on projects with people outside your organization?

To enable this collaboration with Teams, you can create a shared channel directly. Shared channels in Microsoft Teams create collaboration spaces where you can invite people who aren't in a team. Only users who are owners or members of a shared channel can access the channel.
