Authenticator Stuck in Loop !

hi guys,

im juste a user, with my organization account i have added two factors as method to sign in easily via Microsoft authenticator

and i have added my org account and i receive approve notification perfectly.

a day i have deleted this org account from authenticator app and i dont receive anymore the approval popup notification, when i try to add it again in the app to restore approve notification, it shows me "open the app and approve" but im in the app trying to add it hahaha :) , but there's no approve notification.

can you reset me the two factor for my org account ?

    You'll need to remove the device here, then add it back so you can set it up again.
