My hotmail account cannot login via script which work fine before, it always has such error "User is authenticated but not connected".

Question

I use Oauth2 to login hotmail account via script and recently i do not change anything, including password. The login error just happen suddenly and cannot be recovered, even i use a new refresh token. Is there any outage in your server side??

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
