Hello experts!
I am doubtful of the reason behind the multiple entries of the same devices in Intune. Can you please point out the reason behind this?

For this issue, it seems that you enrolled the device multiple times. Please delete all the records of the same device in intune portal and Azure AD portal. Then enroll this device again and check if there are multiple entries of a same device.

I have 2 more questions:
- How can we delete these types of entries from portal?
- And is there any setting in tenant level which can prevent the entries of unsuccessful enrolled devices in Intune or can remove those entries if the devices are not successfully enrolled automatically?
I need to know this as we have a production environment and there will be large no. of devices getting enrolled, deleting them one by one might be a hectic process.

In Azure ad portal, you can select the target device record and click on "Delete".
No, there is no such setting that can make it as you said. Generally, if you don't use different Azure AD accounts to sign in company portal app on a same device, it will not trigger the device enrollment again. And there are no multiple entries of a same device.
